Are Group and Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company (Finland) have entered into a long term co-operation agreement.
Are Group and Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company (Finland) have entered into a long term co-operation agreement covering mainly technical maintenance and basic repairing and amendment work in a part of Ilmarinen owned properties.
The agreement covers office and business properties in Helsinki as well as dwelling real estate in Turku and Oulu.
“This agreement continues the long term co-operation between our companies. It strengthens Are’s strategic aim to be the leading building services contractor to our customers who appreciate our high standard know-how,” states Jussi Piipponen, President of Are Group.
The agreement will enter into force on December 1, 2005.
