Are Group has purchased the share capital of Putki-Sampo Oy, a company operating in the metropolitan area of Finland.

With this deal we are able to strengthen our special know-how and competitiveness in these business sectors and to offer our customers even broader service packages” states Jussi Piipponen, President and CEO of Are Group.

Putki-Sampo, a family-owned HVAC company, established in 1977, has mainly focused its operations in renovation, overhaul of plumbing and sewerage and rebuilding. The company’s turnover is approximately 6 MEUR and the company has a total of 35 employees. The former owners and employees will continue working within the company. Ilkka Tykkä will continue as the Managing Director of the company.
