Are Group has won the HVAC-E contract of the 16 floor office building Panorama Tower which will be built in Espoo, Finland.

The customer is Joint Venture Leppävaara, formed by NCC Oy and Skanska Oy.

“In addition to our competitive price we believe that we won this project because of the good experiences the same customer had of Are in our previous joint project, the shopping center Sello in Espoo”, states Erkki Laitala, Area Director of Are.

The project will start up during the summer and will be finalized in January 2008.
