Are Group has signed an agreement with Ab Mercator Oy and Föreningen Konstsamfundet r.f. for the technical maintenance and servicing of Forum, a shopping centre and office complex occupying an entire city block in the centre of Helsinki. The Forum shopping centre has a total of about 80,000 square metres of floor space, housing 135 stores, cafés and restaurants and about 100 offices. The cooperation agreement is valid until the end of 2012. Are has provided services for the shopping centre and office complex since 2006. This latest agreement comprehensively covers all of the Forum complex’s HEPAC and electrical, sprinkler and cooling work. The agreement also includes Forum’s Info Point, which operates the shopping centre’s call centre.
