Are Group and SRV-Viitoset Oy have signed an agreement on the heating and plumbing works of Flamingo recreational centre in Vantaa Aviapolis, Finland.
“Are’s reliability, own resources and strong know-how in shopping centres among others are our trump cards,” says Pekka Järvinen, Area Sales Director of Are Group.
“Are can offer its customers extensive know-how in building services, as well as good indoor conditions. Demanding special sites like recreational centres are also a part of Are’s priority strategic areas.
The project will start immediately and will be finished by the end of October 2008.
The Flamingo recreational centre is located in the immediate vicinity of Jumbo, Finland’s second largest shopping centre. It will comprise commercial outlets, a hotel, an entertainment centre, a water park, a spa and a health and fitness centre.
