Are Group received a significant order for the Are Sensus® system product. Varkauden Taitotalo Oy’s Navitas II office block will be implemented with Are Sensus. Navitas II is already the second property of the same customer which will be implemented with Sensus. The first project was the Foster Wheeler energy know-how centre which was built in 2002 in Varkaus.

“Are Sensus was the best system for this site as low energy consumption and good indoor conditions are of essence. Andritz Oy, which is the main user of the facility, have good experiences on Sensus from their previous office. Thus Are had the best references,” comments Jari Nykänen from Are’s partner Construction Company U. Lipsanen.

“Reducing energy consumption and minimizing operation costs with Sensus are important sales arguments. The fact that the customer made already their second Sensus order is a proof of the advantages Sensus offers Are’s customers,” states Pasi Tikkanen, Area Manager of Are Group.

The project was started in September 2007 and will be finalized in November 2008.
