Are Group and Nordea Bank Finland Plc. have signed an agreement on the property and technical maintenance of Nordea’s head offices and bank offices in Finland.
The agreement is based on Nordea’s pan-Nordic call for bids and covers all of Nordea’s premises in Finland.
Are’s responsibilities include every technical aspect of property maintenance from daily upkeep to periodic inspections. The fact that Are is able to offer all services needed with its own resources was considered a special advantage.
