Are Group will be responsible for the HVACE and security contract of phase 3 of the Sello shopping centre in Espoo. The deal was closed with Leppävaara 2 joint venture which is comprised of Skanska Talonrakennus Oy and NCC Rakennus Oy.

The agreement enters into force immediately and the project will be finished in August 2008.
