Technical management services 
Technical management is service in which Are oversees all matters concerning the maintenance and the technical aspects of a customer’s property. With our management service we ensure that systems are used optimally, and at the same time, boost the operating efficiency of properties and, first and foremost, improve their energy economy.

After the signing of a management agreement, we assign responsibility for the customer’s properties to a technical manager who will be in charge of all contacts between the customer and Are and the smooth functioning of the group of properties. The services the technical manager provides include budgeting and its monitoring, drawing up maintenance agreements, calling for competitive bids, reporting, checking purchase invoices and attending to dealings with the authorities as well as handling daily notifications of faults.
