Are’s technical expertise was the deciding factor when Citycon selected its partner. The cooperation began in 2013 and it comprises the day-to-day maintenance of shopping centres as well as technical maintenance and fault repairs. Maintenance operations are supported by remote monitoring and expert services, and Are works in close cooperation not only with the customer, but also with other service providers. Ensuring that shopping centres are clean, comfortable and safe is in the interest of all parties concerned.
Systematic, well-managed and goal-oriented maintenance
The significance of uninterrupted technical services and safety are highlighted in the shopping centre environment. Maintenance operations are managed and developed in close cooperation with the customer under the Smart Maintenance model. “We have been very satisfied with Are’s operations.
