Appointment to the Are Group’s Board of Directors

Teija Andersen, M.Sc. (Agr. & For.), EMBA, has been appointed as a new member to the Are Group’s Board of Directors as of 7 March 2012.

Teija Andersen is currently the managing director of her own company, Adviso TMA Oy. She has previously held various positions at Fazer Group, most recently as the managing director of Fazer Amica. She is also a Board member of HK Scan Corporation, Diacor Oy and Paletti Oy. Andersen will bring expertise especially in the service business, marketing and customer relationship management to Are’s Board of Directors.

Maarit Toivanen-Koivisto is to continue as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Jouko Ketola, Ilkka Koivisto and Kimmo Lautanen will continue as Board members.
