Are and the Fennica Toimitilat I fund enter into an agreement on property management
Are Oy Press release 1 December 2016 at 9.00 a.m.
Are and the property companies owned by Erikoissijoitusrahasto Fennica Toimitilat I have entered into an agreement on the general and technical maintenance tasks of the properties. The agreement gives Are the maintenance responsibility of nine business premise properties and their outdoor areas as of 1 December 2016. The service and maintenance operations will be supported and enhanced with the use of remote monitoring.
The Fennica Toimitilat I fund invests in business premises located in growth centres, mainly including office, business, accommodation and logistics properties. For its part, Are aims to support the performance of the fund through proactive maintenance operations and solutions reaching for optimal indoor conditions.
”Tenant satisfaction is at the heart of all operations. The indoor conditions must be in shape to retain the appeal of the property. On the other hand, energy efficiency must be taken into account in order to keep the costs in check. Professional maintenance is the sum of many parts. We find it superb that Fennica Toimitilat trusts us and enables us to expand our cooperation,” says Unit Manager Janne Kokkonen from Are.
