Are expands its operations in business parks

Are Oy and Spektri Business Park Oy have signed an agreement on the property maintenance and outdoor area maintenance in the Spektri international business park. The parties have agreed that Are starts property maintenance in five office buildings located in Tapiola, Espoo, Finland.
Office buildings Pilotti, Duo, Trio, Kvartti and Kvintti have a total of 33,000 m2 of office space to rent out, as well as a host of services for the tenants. Spektri will undergo renovations in the autumn 2016. The customers of the business park will then see a whole new Spektri: not only will the premises be modernised but also the services, restaurant services included, will be improved.

Spektri Business Park Oy is the first Business Park in Finland, situated in the technological hub of Otaniemi alongside fast traffic connections on Ring Road I in Tapiola, Espoo. Spektri comprises five office buildings, with a total floor area of 50,000 m2 and premises for nearly 100 companies. The improving services in Spektri include, among other things, two restaurants and more than 20 auditoriums and conference rooms of different sizes. The major renovation project in Spektri will be launched in the summer 2016.
