Are gains extensive contract for upkeep and technical maintenance of Technopolis’s properties
The agreement covers Technopolis’s office properties in the Helsinki metropolitan area and in Jyväskylä, Oulu and Tampere. In all, the agreement concerns properties totalling approximately 250,000 m2. The agreement takes effect on 1 September 2012.
“At Technopolis, our main goal in the upkeep of properties is customer satisfaction. We want our customers to feel that the conditions are good. It is also important to stop the rising trend in upkeep costs. We were looking for an active and professional partner, and Are put forward the highest quality solution,” says Technopolis’s Group Real Estate Manager, Ismo Myllymäki.
Technopolis wants its properties to be managed comprehensively, with maintenance and upkeep performed professionally and cost-effectively and on a well-planned basis. Are’s upkeep model allows these aims to be met, for instance through preventive maintenance plans and analysing fault histories.
Are has previously installed Are Sensus energy efficiency systems for Technopolis at Innova 2 in Jyväskylä.
“With the upkeep and maintenance agreement now signed, Are can make sure that the Technopolis properties are operated well.
