Are Group expands its property management cooperation with Fennia

Are will be responsible for daily upkeep and technical maintenance of the properties. The contract includes daily maintenance tasks outdoors and indoors and regular and statutory maintenance of building services and other equipment. Property management is aimed at optimising the indoor conditions at the properties and achieving significant energy savings.

The contract covers office and commercial properties of different ages.
“The property management cooperation will start with an initial survey, on the basis of which we will make a proposal for upkeep repairs and energy saving targets at the properties,” says Are Sales Manager Jose Hämäläinen.

Are has previously been responsible for managing four of the same customer’s properties. The contract is for three years and will begin in January.
