Are in charge of maintenance at Halpa-Halli properties

Are Group and Kokkolan Halpa-Halli Oy have agreed upon the building services maintenance and repairs at the Halpa-Halli properties. The agreement covers all 40 Halpa-Halli stores and the headquarters and main logistics centre.
“Are has a wide range of services and good geographic coverage. It is able to provide high-quality property management in all the locations in which we operate, from Tornio all the way to Pori and Kuopio. We were able to achieve an operating model that corresponds to our specific needs in the best way,” says Pekka Kärkkäinen, Property Manager at Halpa-Halli.
“The co-operation with Halpa-Halli is very important for Are. We have developed an energy-efficient operating model for the Halpa-Halli properties in order to be able to meet the energy saving requirements set for us,” says Seppo Suvisalmi, Area Director at Are.
