Are to carry out the HEPAC work for the Stockmann department store extension in Tampere
This contract will provide work for Are’s Tampere unit until 2014.
Building services and the pleasant indoor conditions that it creates support the high level of quality of department stores and commercial premises and the comfort of staff and customers. Are has solid expertise in building services contracting for shopping centres and commercial premises and in the related energy-efficient special solutions. The project to be carried out in the centre of Tampere surrounded by busy traffic and businesses will require excellent project management skills and scheduling, to optimise material deliveries, for example.
Are’s Property Services have been in charge of maintenance at the Stockmann department stores in Helsinki and Tampere for several years. Are has also been involved in the project to extend the department store in Helsinki. Are is now responsible for the building services contracting involved in the modernisation and extension of the department store in Tampere.
