Are Oy and Eepee-Kiinteistöt Oy have continued their agreement on the maintenance of technical building systems at the Southern Ostrobothnia Cooperative Society properties. The agreement covers 53 retail and hotel buildings, including the regular maintenance of technical building systems.

Are has maintained the properties of Southern Ostrobothnia Cooperative Society since 2007. The new agreement with an extended scope took effect on 1 July 2016.

“We are satisfied with Are’s services and their extensive expertise in technical building systems. By making Are the sole provider of our technical building services, we ensure that our buildings work energy-efficiently. Are’s investment in preventive maintenance has clearly reduced the number of error notifications and repair visits at our properties. By continuing this agreement, we guarantee that the quality of technical maintenance at our buildings remains high,” says Timo Salo, Property Manager at Eepee-Kiinteistöt Oy.

“High quality results can only be achieved by resilient and professional staff. In the contract negotiations, we reached an agreement on which maintenance services are necessary. We want to help Southern Ostrobothnia Cooperative Society to achieve the energy saving targets it has set for its properties,” says Jussi Ala-Honkola, Area Manager at Are Property Services.
