Heikki Pesu appointed to CEO of Are Group
M.Sc. (Eng.) Heikki Pesu, 44, starts as a CEO of Are Group 1 September 2011. He moves to his position from Lemminkäinen Talotekniikka Oy (business sector of technical building services), where he worked as Area Director. Former CEO Aki Puska leaves the company. CFO Perttu Kähäri acts as CEO pro tem.
– Reason for the change of CEO is very poor result development for several years. Heikki Pesu’s main task is to turn Are profitable side again, says Maarit Toivanen-Koivisto, Chairman of the Board of Are Oy. – Furthermore, I sincerely want to thank Aki for the work he has done and hope him all the best in the future, she continues.
