Jonas Granzell appointed as CEO at Are Sweden

Jonas Granzell has been appointed CEO at Are Sverige AB. In his new role, Jonas will be responsible for expanding the contracting business and further developing Are’s service offering in Sweden.
Are Sverige AB has appointed Jonas Granzell as its new CEO. Jonas Granzell holds a degree in industrial economics and management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and his most recent role was business area manager for KONE’s service operations in Scandinavia. At KONE, Jonas was responsible for various business areas, including sales, technology and execution of installation contracts.
”Throughout my professional life, I have worked with installations in real estate and technical services and always close to the customer. I will bring a customer-close working method to my new role at Are Sverige, and also my collected experience of running and developing service and maintenance solutions. I am a driven individual who loves achieving results and my background in team sports means that I focus on getting people to develop by making their own decisions, driving ideas forward and achieving results,” says Jonas Granzell.
The appointment of Jonas Granzell is part of the company strategy to expand the business in the Nordics. Are Group’s CEO, Heikki Pesu, explains:

Jonas Granzell starts his role as CEO at Are Sweden on 1 September. One of the brands within Are’s Swedish operations is Kungälvs Rörläggeri.
”I really look forward to getting to know the organisation, so I will spend the first time meeting employees and customers. There will be a lot of trips and meetings so that I can get a good understanding of the business. From there, we will see how we can develop Are Sweden further and create growth in the long term,” explains Jonas Granzell.
