Transaction concluded between Are and Lemminkäinen
Are Group and Lemminkäinen Corporation have today concluded a transaction in which the entire share capital of Lemminkäinen Talotekniikka Oy was acquired by Are.
The contract was signed on 14 May 2014, and was approved by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority on 3 June 2014. As a result, the entire personnel of Lemminkäinen Talotekniikka have been transferred to Are Group.
Heikki Pesu will continue as the President and CEO of Are Group.
