Scania Center, Vaasa

The goal is energy efficiency, which is promoted by ARE’s implementation of geothermal heating and building automation.

The new environmentally friendly Vaasa Scania Center is being led by Lujatalo as the main contractor, and they have chosen ARE as their partner to carry out the plumbing, ventilation, and automation work for the project.

The construction work started in October 2021, and the new Scania Center will be ready to serve customers in August 2022.

The building, covering an area of 2500 m2, includes 12 modern service bays for repairs, spaces for car sales, as well as contemporary customer facilities for repair services and spare parts sales.

Energy efficiency and carbon neutrality are important principles in the design of the property, and these are promoted in part by the geothermal heating system implemented by ARE and the use of modern building automation.
