The list of properties owned by the company includes the shopping centre Forum, locat-ed at the heart of Helsinki, and the Citycenter, also commonly known as Mak-karatalo (“Sausage House”). The maintenance services of these shopping centres are performed by an experted Are team with many years of experience.

Are’s comprehensive service concept includes the daily maintenance of the Forum and Citycenter properties and the maintenance and repairs of the technical building systems. The maintenance services are monitored and developed in close collaboration with the client. One contact person, regular meetings and clear objectives ensure the efficiency of maintenance services. Varied premises require not only technical expertise, but also familiarisation of the site. Both shopping centres have designated teams who are responsible for the maintenance of the technical service systems and familiar with the premises and the system requirements. The daily presence at the site is ensured by two property management teams who work in shifts. The close cooperation between the teams enables implementing the best operational models quickly throughout the client portfolio.
